Legals

EVERYONE is welcome at Frankie and Lola's.

We've tried to make the venue as accesible as possible. There are no stairs and all the general facilities are on one level. However, due to the nature and size of the climbing frames, it may not be possible for every child to take part in all areas of the venue. Individual risk MUST be assessed by PARENTS or GUAURDIANS, proportionately to a child's abilities.

We are committed to providing excellent customer service in a friendly, engaing and safe environment.
Our top priorities are to encourage and enable the early development of children's awareness, fine and gross motor skills, and to help enable social and ethical norms. We are focused on helping to develop peer to peer relationships in young people.

ASD Visitors

The freedom for children to go at their own pace is very important for a great day out. It is essential that PARENTS or GUARDIANS assess the suitability of the venue and climbing frames for individual children. It can sometimes be noisy and busy and we recognise that this just isn't suitable for everyone.

We are most popular during school holidays and weekends. During these periods, we can be busy throughout the day. If you would prefer to visit at a quieter time, we would recommend booking in the morning or late afternoon, outside of school holidays.

We also have specific ASD sessions where there are less children and the music is set to a very low volume. Please follow us on Facebook or Instagram for more details of these sessions.
If you're still undecided on the best time to visit, call us and we’ll talk you through everything that might be useful to know in advance. If you’re still unsure, come along and see how it goes. We’ll refund your ticket price in full if things don’t go to plan.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY

We are committed to providing an environment that is both diverse and inclusive for our customers and our staff. Everyone is welcome at Frankie and Lola's regardless of race, ethnicity, age, national origin, sexual orientation, cultural identity, assigned sex, gender identity, physical ability or mental ability. We respect and appreciate what makes us all different and unique.

TOILETS

All our toilets are located on the same floor as the climbing frames and play areas. We have dedicated disability facilities and we also have baby changing facilities.

CAR PARKING

Car parking is FREE and is also on the same level as the venue. Please check specific guidelines for length of stay as the space is operated and owned by a third party.
